Shipping policy

Our aim is to ship orders within 1-2 days of the order being placed. There are a number of options for shipping, including 24hr or 48hr Tracked. These options provide both the seller ('HobbyStock') and you ('The Customer') with full tracking, and an appropriate level of insurance. Selecting either of these options will result in your order being sent through either Royal Mail or DPD. We also offer a standard shipping option for low value orders, and we reserve the right to select the delivery carrier based on the items weight and size.

For customers who require their delivery in the quickest time possible, we also offer the option to choose the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service.

Please note that orders are processed by us, and collected by Royal Mail, Monday - Friday. Therefore any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and collected on a Monday. 

There may be situations beyond our control where delivery time scales are longer than stated above. For instance, during strike action or scheduled holiday closures. We will update the website to reflect on any such issues. If this means using another courier service, we reserve the right to do this.

European Union - Please be aware that customs charges may be applied once the item(s) arrive in your country. This is your responsibility as the buyer. We are currently working on providing an integrated system that will display these charges at checkout, and we hope to implement this in the future.

All Pre-Orders will be dispatched as soon as we have the products, and as close to the release date as possible.
