Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Pre-Order product. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-Orders 
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment in full upon you ordering these items. You can cancel an order that includes a pre-order item if it has not yet been fulfilled. However, If the order has been fulfilled, you are unable to cancel it. You can request a full or partial refund (in line with our refund policy), but the item(s) must be in the same condition and fully sealed. All Pre-Orders will be dispatched as soon as we have the products, and as close to the release date as possible.
